★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, los técnicos son excelentes y muy amables. Lamentablemente de manera continua hay que estar solicitando apoyo para que la velocidad sea la que corresponde al plan contratado y la persona encargada de la atención a los clientes no brinda información adecuada y parece no estar interesada en participar, ni junto con los clientes ni con los técnicos, a favor de mejorar el servicio.
 The service is good, the technicians are excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately, you have to continuously request support so that the speed is the one that corresponds to the contracted plan and the person in charge of customer service does not provide adequate information and does not seem to be interested in participating, either together with the customers or with the technicians, in favor of improving the service.
