★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida buena, pero pésimo servicio de entrega a domicilio, las veces que pido comida a no me lo quieren traer pues solo es 1 o 2 comidas, aunque se les pague el envío.
Deben de indicar que solo es para comer ahí.
Good food, but terrible home delivery service, the times I ask for food they don't want to bring it to me because it is only 1 or 2 meals, even if they are paid for shipping.
They must indicate that it is only to eat there.

Ayer me quedé sin gas y una vecina me recomendó este lugar porque son "comidas completas", me comuniqué con ellos vía whatsapp y pedí tres menus completos para entrega a domicilio. La comida llegó 20 minutos tarde de lo acordado y la chica solo me dijo "Perdón tenía otras dos entregas antes" y hubiese entendido eso pero la forma en que lo dijo fue como si mi pedido importara menos que los demás. Eso fue uno. Inmediatamente al revisar la comida de las bolsas me doy cuenta de que falta dos de los postres, la comida viene super fría y cuando la caliento y vamos a comerla encuentro varios cabellos pegados a uno de los costados de la charola y una cucaracha en la sopa.
Sinceramente me hubiese comunicado con ellos para quejarme pero si el servicio de entrega ya es nefasto y la comida viene así no quiero pensar lo que son los encargados o lo que sea. Horrible, preferible ni lidiar con ellos.
Nefarious place (!!!)
Yesterday I ran out of gas and a neighbor recommended this place to me because they are "complete meals", I contacted them via WhatsApp and asked for three complete menus for home delivery. The food arrived 20 minutes late than agreed and the girl only told me "Sorry I had two other deliveries before" and I would have understood that but the way she said it was as if my order mattered less than the others. That was one. Immediately when checking the food in the bags I realize that two of the desserts are missing, the food is super cold and when I heat it up and we are going to eat it I find several hairs stuck to one of the sides of the tray and a cockroach in the soup .
I honestly would have contacted them to complain but if the delivery service is already disastrous and the food comes like this, I don't want to think about what the managers are or whatever. Horrible, preferable not to deal with them.

Yo he optado por pedir la comida a mi domicilio y además puedes programar con anticipación a que horas prefieres que te entreguen tu comida. Estoy muy satisfecho con su servicio.
