★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italiannis galerías solía ser una lugar agradable y delicioso para comer, sin embargo, en mi última visita conocí a una mesera poco atenta, con un modo como si estuviera enojada, tuvimos que apoyarnos del resto de los meseros para que nos atendieran.
El budín de pan estaba quemado con muy poca salsa, la pasta seca como si no fuera fresca y con poca salsa, los calamares fritos muy aguados ?
Italiannis Galerias used to be a nice and delicious place to eat, however, on my last visit I met an inattentive waitress, with a way as if she was angry, we had to lean on the rest of the waiters to get served.
The bread pudding was burnt with very little sauce, the pasta was dry as if it weren't fresh and with little sauce, the fried calamari was very soggy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uy... La comida 2-3, nada especial, sin embargo el servicio pésimo la gente que atiende, mal, lento, dan mal las condiciones de la comida, bebida, etc, la gerencia prepotente, que sucede? No era tan malo...
Espero puedan arreglarlo, no volveré en un buen rato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada, mal servicio, mala calidad de los alimentos. Comida recocida y fría, la pizza individual tardo 40 min en llegar y cuando pregunte me dijeron que no sabían si llegaría porque la masa estaba congelada. Le decimos al gerente y solo dice lo siento pero gracias por decirnos.
Pagamos nuestra comida fea de la cual dejamos la mitad y salimos con un mal sabor de boca y una muy mala experiencia
Disappointed, poor service, poor quality of food. Overcooked and cold food, the individual pizza took 40 minutes to arrive and when I asked they told me that they did not know if it would arrive because the dough was frozen. We tell the manager and he just says sorry but thanks for telling us.
We paid for our ugly meal of which we left half of it and left with a bad taste in our mouths and a very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super decepcionado por la atención, me encanta su comida pero esta sucursal en particular tiene una pésima atención en cuestión tiempos, refresco con este calor sin hielos! Cumpleañero sin mañanitas ni pastel.. y así varias. Espero que arreglen este problema o pronto se va a despedir esta sucursal de esta plaza??♂️
Super disappointed by the attention, I love their food but this branch in particular has a lousy attention in a matter of times, soda with this heat without ice! Birthday boy without mornings or cake... and so on. I hope they fix this problem or soon this branch of this square will be fired??♂️

The margarita pizza was undercooked and very poorly served! Literal was dough with sauce, cheese and a tomato. It did not bring fresh basil and mozzarella. Really lousy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio 6 atención es bueno. Son rápidos en servir los alimentos. Se toman muy en serio la higiene y medidas sanitarias. He de destacar que el menú carece de innovación, solo es la típica comida italiana, también los precios son altos para la porción de comida que consumes, en realidad no ocupan tantos ingredientes para reclamar ese costo. No lo recomiendo.
The service 6 attention is good. They are quick to serve food. Hygiene and sanitary measures are taken very seriously. I have to point out that the menu lacks innovation, it's just typical Italian food, also the prices are high for the portion of food you consume, they don't really take up that many ingredients to claim that cost. I do not recommend it.
