★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favorite restaurant, but now the food is not good anymore and the waiters are really rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but not nearly as good as Olive Garden. It's also inside a mall. It's a little depressing and overpriced, but I still enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks nice, yet the food is only school cafeteria quality at the price of full restaurant, I suggest you look somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive, considering the barely acceptable food quality. Two of our forks were dirty, we had to ask for clean ones. One of us ordered lasagna, and the waiter informed us there was none remaining only after 10 minutes had passed. Pasta felt undercooked and insipid. Overall a poor experience. At least, the waiter was kind, this being the only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow and inattentive although the place was mostly empty. I sensed this in the beginning and decided to hold on to the menu and start with just the salad.
Food issues: Had to return the ensalada caprese because the tomato was half-green and hard. The second version was not much better; it did not have olive oil dressing on it as was described in the menu. It was clear the chef had not eaten the dish before. Was not provided the water I ordered until the salad came nearly 20 minutes after ordering.
Spent minutes trying to flag down the server who was facing and me and in my eye line but was helped twice by another server.
Dishes are also the highest priced I've seen in the city, including high-end restaurants. Super weird experience.
