★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente restaurante, buena comida, gran ambiente aunque el pan tradicional no está nada mal, siento que perdió un poco su esencia, por lo demás altamente recomendable.
 Excellent restaurant, good food, great atmosphere although the traditional bread is not bad at all, I feel that it lost its essence a bit, otherwise highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va de mal en peor, antes el espagueti a la boloñesa era sabroso, bien servido, ahora es un vil picadillo aguado, mísera porción de espagueti y ni siquiera ofrecieron el parmesano rayado al entregar el plato. Lento el servicio y los meseros brillando por su ausencia la mayor parte del tiempo. De pena.
It goes from bad to worse, before the spaghetti bolognese was tasty, well served, now it's a vile watery hash, a measly portion of spaghetti and they didn't even offer grated Parmesan when the plate was delivered. Slow service and waiters conspicuous by their absence most of the time. Of pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un fin a comer y la verdad nos arrepentimos porque no había hostess y se tardaron en asignarnos mesa, además no tenían las medidas sanitarias, no tomaron la temperatura, no nos ofrecieron gel y limpiaron la mesa porque nosotros lo pedimos, la atención era lenta, elegimos el plan de por 199 como lo que quieras y la verdad nos arrepentimos la pizza mala y la pasta sin sabor.
El único punto bueno fue la amabilidad del mesero.
I went for a weekend to eat and the truth is that we regretted because there were no hostess and they took a long time to assign us a table, also they did not have the sanitary measures, they did not take the temperature, they did not offer us gel and they cleaned the table because we asked for it, the attention was slow We choose the 199 plan as whatever you want and we really regret the bad pizza and the tasteless pasta.
The only good point was the friendliness of the waiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comido en varias sucursales de la cadena pero este local es el mejor de todos. Se supone que la comida es la misma en todos sus restaurantes pero aquí está muy bien preparada y presentada. El servicio muy superior, se nota la mano de una gerencia dedicada, atenta y profesional.
I have eaten in several branches of the chain but this place is the best of all. The food is supposed to be the same in all their restaurants but here it is very well prepared and presented. The very superior service, you can see the hand of a dedicated, attentive and professional management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el menu de este restaurant, pero varían la manera de prepararlos, aun así me gausta la relación calidad porción precio. Por aparte trata de llegar 45 minutos antes del cierre para que si te asignen mesa. Además te tienes que chutar la fiesta agropecuaria en la cocina.
I like the menu of this restaurant, but they vary the way they are prepared, even so I like the quality-portion-price ratio. On the other hand, try to arrive 45 minutes before closing time so that they can assign you a table. In addition you have to shoot the agricultural party in the kitchen.

Los precios son muy accesibles.
La vista a la ciudad es muy bonita, la música agradable, pero la atención del personal es muy deficiente, estuvimos esperando 20 minutos para que nos pudieran tomar la orden, se le comento a un mesero que ya queríamos ordenar y ni siquiera nos respondió, tuve que hablarle a otro mesero y solo así nos presto atención.
El vino estaa delicioso. ?
The food is too rich especially the spaghetti bolognese and the pepperoni pizza highly recommended.
Prices are very affordable.
The view of the city is very beautiful, the music is pleasant, but the attention of the staff is very poor, we were waiting 20 minutes for them to take our order, a waiter was told that we already wanted to order and he did not even answer us, I had to talk to another waiter and only then did he pay attention to us.
The wine is delicious. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida está buena sin embargo fue una pésima experiencia de servicio aunque el mesero fue muy amable. Fuimos a festejar un cumpleaños: para empezar el pastel de cumpleaños se supone que es gratis, nos trajeron uno distinto que era más caro (haciéndonos creer que era el que ofrecen como gratuito) y además al momento de darnos la cuenta se había cobrado el 15% sin avisarnos, cuando quisimos corregir eso, nos dijeron que era por haber hecho reservación, lo cual lo fue así, solo habíamos llamado para preguntar si había cupo. Terminamos pagando más de mil pesos que no teníamos contemplados y el mesero nos dijo que si no lo hacíamos, él tendría que “poner de su bolsa”???? Decidimos pagar lo que nos OBLIGARON pero fue sin duda una trampa porque si no revisábamos la cuenta, seguro se nos hacía fácil decir “agréguele 10 de propina” cuando ya nos habían cobrado 15 sin avisar!!!! Lamentable y ni que fuera comida extraordinaria. Dejo fotos
The food is good however it was a terrible service experience although the waiter was very friendly. We went to celebrate a birthday: to start the birthday cake is supposed to be free, they brought us a different one that was more expensive (making us believe that it was the one offered as free) and also when we realized the bill, the 15th was charged. % without notifying us, when we wanted to correct that, they told us that it was because we had made a reservation, which was the case, we had only called to ask if there was space. We ended up paying more than a thousand pesos that we did not have contemplated and the waiter told us that if we did not do it, he would have to "put from his bag" ???? We decided to pay what we were OBLIGATED but it was without a doubt a trap because if we did not check the account, it would surely be easy for us to say "add 10 tips" when they had already charged us 15 without warning !!!!
