★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta Italianni's. Es verdad que es muy caro o al menos a comparación de varios restaurantes de Oaxaca pero vale mucho la pena comer ahí. El servicio es excelente, el personal es extremadamente amable y servicial, la comida es deliciosa y es una forma variada de probar la gastronomía italiana. Me encantan los postres y el lugar está ambientado para familias o visitas con poca gente sin sentirlo abarrotado. Claramente no puedo permitirme comer siempre en este establecimiento pero cuando voy no me arrepiento porque sé que lo invertí en algo delicioso y agradable. 100% recomendado porque por todo vale la pena.
 I love Italianni's. It is true that it is very expensive or at least compared to several restaurants in Oaxaca, but it is well worth eating there. The service is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and it is a varied way to sample Italian cuisine. I love desserts and the place is set up for families or uncrowded visits without feeling crowded. Clearly I can't afford to always eat at this establishment but when I go I don't regret it because I know I invested it in something delicious and enjoyable. 100% recommended because it's worth it for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de lo mejor, los alimentos muy ricos, hay opciones para niños, la presentación de los alimentos muy buena, lo único malo es que el tiramisú muy seco y el caramelo del creme brule estaba muy grueso. Los precios algo elevados.
The best care, very rich food, there are options for children, the presentation of the food is very good, the only bad thing is that the tiramisu was very dry and the caramel of the creme brule was very thick. The somewhat high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debería de poder quitar estrellas. NO VAYAN! Se enfermarán:
Sale hasta cartón en la comida.
El actual gerente se pasa todos los estándares, hasta los estatutos de la misma empresa, por el arco del triunfo: no paga horas extra, hace que sus empleados cubran más de una sola área.
Tienen capacidad nula de resolución de conflictos. Y según Alsea, a los trabajadores que se desempeñen en más de una área deben de ser recompensados: Probablemente este dinero el gerente se lo mocha.
Además; dan comida descompuesta, le dan hasta tres vidas a sus productos refrigerados.
Y por si fuera poco, el gerente no te quiere dar incapacidad si tienes covid; inclusive él mismo ha dicho que él trabajó cuando tenía covid y que "el cansancio es mental".
Simplemente no vayan, por su salud NO VAYAN. Y si piensan buscar trabajo ahí TAMPOCO!.

The current manager passes all the standards, even the statutes of the same company, through the triumphal arch: he does not pay overtime, he makes his employees cover more than one area.
They have no capacity for conflict resolution. And according to Alsea, workers who perform in more than one area should be rewarded: Probably the manager takes this money.
What's more; they give spoiled food, they give up to three lives to their refrigerated products.
And as if that were not enough, the manager does not want to give you disability if you have covid; he himself has even said that he worked when he had covid and that "the fatigue is mental."
Just don't go, for your health DO NOT GO. And if they plan to look for work there EITHER!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed with the service, the food was regular , the waitress doesn't have the knowledge about the full menu, and the end they changed the cost of the bill, because the wine's doesn't include in the tuesday promotion, anyway they check two times and the end change everything. This place has a many misleading advertising, please avoid this place and enjoy the other real italian restaurant in the city
