Había una carta con código QR en la mesa cuando llegamos; en ella había una promoción la cual quisimos ordenar y nos dijeron que no estaba en vigencia (cosa que no decía ahí, ni tenía fecha de espiración). Después de preguntarle a la mesera el porqué de la negación nos dijo "Bueno... Con ustedes vamos a hacer una excepción."
Después de eso pensamos que todo estaría bien. Pero la verdad es que la comida dejó mucho qué desear, aparte de que las bebidas estaban servidas en los vasos más pequeños que he visto en un restaurante.
The place is very nice, although it is a bit far. Other than that, I wouldn't eat there again.
There was a QR code letter on the table when we arrived; in it there was a promotion which we wanted to order and they told us that it was not in force (which it did not say there, nor did it have an expiration date). After asking the waitress the reason for the denial, she told us "Well... We are going to make an exception with you."
After that we thought everything would be fine. But the truth is that the food left a lot to be desired, apart from the fact that the drinks were served in the smallest glasses I have ever seen in a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un cálido lugar para comer o cenar, el servicio es muy bueno y muy amable para con el comensal, el estacionamiento es amplio y cuenta con rampas de ser necesarias. Su menú está bastante amplio cabe mencionar que es de acuerdo a su giro en cuanto a comida italiana, ofrece opciones tanto familiares como para situaciones más personales. En cuanto a su oferta en barra está bastante amplia. En cuanto a precio es un lugar accesible, no es caro. Por su ubicación en mi opinión es bastante más útil llegar en Uber, taxy o automóvil particular.
A warm place for lunch or dinner, the service is very good and very kind to the diner, the parking lot is ample and has ramps if necessary. Its menu is quite extensive, it is worth mentioning that it is according to its turn in terms of Italian food, it offers both family options and for more personal situations. As for its bar offer, it is quite extensive. In terms of price, it is an accessible place, it is not expensive. Due to its location, in my opinion, it is much more useful to arrive by Uber, taxi or private car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually Italiannis is a nice restaurant with good food and service but in this particular case I am disappointed. We had been the ONLY guests in the whole restaurant but could not choose our table because of the Covid measures... The staff is friendly but not the fastest... Neither has been the food. I feel sorry for the staff in these times of the "pandemic"
