I have been talking talk and talk and they never answer the calls ... they put a long date for my service and I am going to lose it because of them .. they give long dates so that the guarantee is automatically canceled.

I visited the place to go find a motorcycle that we had bought. The attention of the first lady left a lot to be desired and we could not even take the motorcycle because it had a large white stain on the glove compartment, something that cannot be overlooked if you are making an effort to acquire something new. After 3 days they told us that they had already changed the piece and we were treated by two other women, supposedly everything was fine, but after 15 days ... oh, surprise! the stain in the same place becomes evident ..... will all new parts come with the same stain ?? Or is it unethical to say "I changed the piece" and they only painted it, I think, with shoe paint? Now we are waiting again, to see if they now comply with changing it. ?

Do not register your motorcycle here, my motorcycle has been under warranty many times due to their mechanical errors. Being my new bike, they broke my crankcase after changing my band and not cleaning.

Terrible service, my motorcycle has been in that place for almost a month under warranty, the mechanics did not know what the fault was, it became easier for them to change more than half an engine and the parts that they put under warranty are arriving in parts and my vehicle settled down, you talk and they just give you the long haul, the saddest thing is that even the mechanics themselves laugh and tell you "what did you expect, you bought an Italika"
