★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusto el servicio de atención al cliente , llegue a solicitar precio de una pieza y me dijeron que todo era sobre pedido de hasta 3 semanas , les falta mas profesionalismo y mejorar su atención .
I did not like the customer service, I came to request a price for one piece and they told me that everything was on order for up to 3 weeks, they need more professionalism and improve their attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente es muy amable pero son muy irresponsables las veces que he llevado mi moto me dan fecha para pasar a recogerla y nunca está lista ni si quiera se toman la molestia de marcar al número de teléfono que te piden para avisar que aún no está lista y marcas a la tienda y no contestan
The manager is very friendly but they are very irresponsible the times that I have taken my motorcycle they give me a date to pick it up and it is never ready nor do they even bother to dial the phone number they ask you to notify that it is not ready yet and brands to the store and they do not answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy profesional, la gerente siempre muy servicial y dispuesta a solucionar algún detalle o problema de la unidad. En lo personal, los tiempos que me dan para recoger mi motocicleta son muy acertados. Cuentan con un gran surtido de refacciones y si no la tienen, no pasa de 5 días en llegar.
Hasta ahora todo bien en mi experiencia.
The staff is very professional, the manager is always very helpful and ready to solve any detail or problem in the unit. Personally, the times they give me to pick up my motorcycle are very successful. They have a large assortment of spare parts and if they do not have it, it does not take 5 days to arrive.
So far so good in my experience.
