Sabemos que la motocicleta es un medio de transporte eficiente y que ayuda a muchas personas a moverse de una forma práctica y más independiente, por lo que en el contexto sanitario que estamos viviendo, destaca más su utilidad, como en el caso de repartidores, quienes llevan insumos como comida o medicamentos a otras personas que lo requieran directamente en su domicilio; paramédicos que usan la moto para llegar oportunamente a atender alguna emergencia; o bien, muchas otras personas en las que sus actividades son esenciales y requieren salir para apoyar durante la contingencia. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 14 de abril lleve mi moto pero se me pasó la cita porque la última ves llegaron tarde a abrir y por eso llegué más tarde para no estar esperando y me salieron conque ya se me había pasado la cita y estoy de acuerdo pero porque la vez pasada que los espere ni una disculpa… en fin acaban de perder un cliente!!! Además que no trabajan bien los mecánicos… no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lo pero que puede pasar en la vida lo pésimo para las motos se sienten muy expertos un chavo con cola de caballo greñudo como si supera mucho es muy cansado estar peleando en esas tipo de persona ya no le dije nada pero eh vato si sabes mucho que haces en un taller como este nesecitas cambiar de personal igual ya les estoy en proceso de una demanda porque no me pucieron bien la llanta y me fracture la mano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general tienen buena atención, sin embargo, las dos ocasiones en que he llevado motos nuevas a revisar puntos de seguridad y carburación, me hablan para decirme que ya está lista para entregar, me llevo las motos y a la vuelta me dejan tirado. Esto ocasiona perdida de tiempo y doble vuelta para mí y en consecuencia una molestia.
Creo que podrían mejorar esto, asegurándose de que realmente están al 100% antes de establecer la entrega de las unidades.
In general they have good attention, however, the two times I have taken new motorcycles to check safety and carburetion points, they call me to tell me that it is ready to deliver, I take the motorcycles and on the way back they leave me stranded. This causes loss of time and double lap for me and consequently a nuisance.
I think they could improve on this by making sure they are really 100% before they set up the delivery of the units.
