★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoritas que atienden no te ponen atención y te ven como si ya les urgiera que te vayas. Preguntas por servicios y refacciones y resulta que no las tienen.
Lleve mi poderosa a revisión por ser nueva, y la persona que me atendió me dejó muy acelerado el motor lo cual me gastaba de más el combustible. Además de que no pueden poner ningún tipo de accesorio pues indican que pierde la garantía (aunque por teléfono te dan otro tipo de información y hasta te explican que y como puedes asegurar tu motocicleta. Mencionando que sólo ellos estan autorizados para hacer dichas modificaciones o instalar nuevas cosas para no perder garantía). Y asi fue. Le colocaron un accesorio necesario y al llevar a 1er servicio me indican que perdi la garantía por este accesorio instalado en la misma agencia.

Desde que llegas, los mecánicos y las chavitas sólo están jugando, haciendo ruido y mentandose la madre con los claxons de las motos, sin importar que expreses desagrado. Muy poco profesionales y sin siquiera esforzarse por mejorar.
Tenía una motoneta y cada servicio estaba peor, estuve meses lidiando con ellos y nunca quedó bien. A cada rato cambiaba componentes y nunca mejoraba.
Le vendí mi moto a un amigo mecánico y cuando la abrió, me enseñó como me robaron la banda y bujía que le compré, también mi batería me la cambiaron por una usada y de "agencia", además de que había piezas del motor mal armadas y faltantes, razón por la cual nunca quedaba.

I sold my motorcycle to a mechanic friend and when he opened it, he showed me how they stole the band and spark plug that I bought from him, they also changed my battery for a used one from "agency", in addition to the fact that there were poorly assembled engine parts and missing, which is why there was never any left.

La repararon y solo funcionaba bien algún tiempo y luego volvía a fallar me comentaban que tenía que comprar el carburador de $1569
La lleve a otro cesit y la falla era que le habían puesto mal el filtro de gasolina y una manguera no estaba bien sujeta.
Recomiendo más capacitación a su personal de servicio
