★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto al momento de recibir como en el momento de entregar. 3 veces lleve mi moto por la misma falla, la quitaron y le pusieron cosas que ni al caso porque siguió fallando. En esta última ocasión no le hicieron nada porque entro como reclamación y como había 6 motos formadas antes que la mia simplemente no le dieron la prioridad debida porque era garantía. Las otras motos si iban a pagar por el Servicio, la mia no y por eso me pidieron dejarla un día más. La señora es grosera, fuma dentro del taller y comen en la recepción, su hijo que también es asesor y trabaja ahí no tiene la más remota idea de cómo funciona un motor. Mal servicio, no vayan nunca !!!
Terrible service both when receiving and when delivering. 3 times I took my motorcycle for the same failure, they took it away and put things on it that were not relevant because it continued to fail. On this last occasion they did not do anything because I entered as a claim and since there were 6 motorcycles formed before mine, they simply did not give it the due priority because it was a guarantee. The other motorcycles were going to pay for the Service, mine was not and that is why they asked me to leave it one more day. The lady is rude, she smokes inside the workshop and they eat at the reception, her son, who is also a consultant and works there, has no idea how an engine works. Bad service, never go !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente ya había dado una mala reseña por la pésima atención recibida de parte de las chicas que atienden ahí. Ya no son las mismas pero la atención es igual o peor.
No te atienden, solo están platicando y riendo entre ellas.
Muy mal Italika, está perfecto que contraten mujeres pero mínimo tuvieran conocimiento del tema.
Previously I had already given a bad review for the terrible attention received from the girls who attend there. They are no longer the same but the attention is the same or worse.
They do not attend to you, they are just talking and laughing among themselves.
Too bad Italika, it's perfect that they hire women but at least they had knowledge of the subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo , me cambiaron mi batería nueva por una que no sirve … esto es un robo!! fui por el servicio correspondiente y me dijeron que regresa en 3 hr por la moto, regrese a los 30 min por que olvide algo y ya la tenían “terminada” solo le cambiaron el aceite
Terrible, they changed my new battery for one that doesn't work... this is a robbery!! I went to the corresponding service and they told me that they would return in 3 hours for the motorcycle, I would return after 30 minutes because I forgot something and they already had it "finished" they only changed the oil
