No como Elektra que me vendió una Motoneta nueva a la cual le faltaban partes y aunque pague con tarjeta de Oro a 18 meses sin intereses están exigiendo el pago en una sola exhibición aunque tengo el recibo de comprobante. También me cobraron una Recarga de $200 pesos que jamás se aplicó y van dos aclaraciónes que solicito y solo responden no procede. Elektra es una empresa estafadora. En cambio Italika me ha contactado a dar seguimiento a la situación de la Motoneta que le faltaban partes por lo cual no funcionaban las intermitentes y direcciónales y este Cesit de Italika me resolvió rápido en cambio sigo recibiendo rodeos de Elektra
Very customer service and they solve problems quickly and correctly. Not like Elektra that sold me a new Scooter with missing parts and even though I pay with an 18-month Gold card without interest, they are demanding payment in a single exhibition even though I have the receipt of the voucher. They also charged me a Recharge of $ 200 pesos that was never applied and there are two clarifications that I request and they only respond not applicable. Elektra is a scam company. On the other hand, Italika has contacted me to follow up on the situation of the Scooter that had missing parts for which the turn signals and directional indicators did not work and this Cesit from Italika resolved me quickly, on the other hand, I continue to receive detours from Elektra
