En ocasiones te tienes que esperar a que te atiendan prácticamente en refacciones siempre te están diciendo que no tienen la refacción y que se tiene que pedir sobre pedido. Y puede pasar un mes y no llegan las refacciones. Y si les pides tu dinero para comprarlo por otro medio o lugar te tratan de convencer de que llegaría en unos días y te hacen perder más tiempo. No lo recomiendo para nada.
A place with terrible service. Sometimes you have to wait for them to attend you practically in spare parts, they are always telling you that they do not have the part and that it has to be ordered on request. And a month may pass and the parts do not arrive. And if you ask them for your money to buy it by another means or place they try to convince you that it would arrive in a few days and make you waste more time. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio demaciado malo, siempre e llevado mi moto a hacer su servicio en la sucursal de la españa estos últimos 2 por cuestiones de tiempo y accesibilidad la e llevado ahí y la verdad me arrepiento, la primera vez me regresaron mi moto con la entrada del tornillo del tanque de aceite barrido lo que provocaba que solo estuviera derramando aceite de inmediato la regrese a decirles como me la habían entregado y se tardaron 1 semana en regresar mi moto y todavía me cobraron 400 por arreglar algo que ellos destrozaron.
Esta segunda vez que la acabo de llevar me la regresaron y la manguera que filtra la gasolina está agujereada y tiene rayones como si la hubieran cortado a propósito no pienso ni llevarla a que le arreglen eso no valla a ser que me la regresen peor.....
Sinceramente no recomiendo esta sucursal, la de la Colonia España da un servicio de excelencia

This second time that I just took it, they returned it to me and the hose that filters the gasoline is leaky and has scratches as if it had been cut on purpose, I do not think or take it to have it fixed, that is not going to be that they return it worse ... ...
I sincerely do not recommend this branch, the one in Colonia España provides an excellent service
