★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es muy buena refaccionaría, si bien en ocasiones las piezas son por pedidos, pero no todas son así... Hay buena atención, precios muy buenos y no esta tan vacia.. Si tienen piezas! La recomiendo... Mi moto no es Italika y si encuentro refacciones ahí!
The truth is, it is a very good repair shop, although sometimes the parts are ordered, but not all are like that ... There is good service, very good prices and it is not so empty .. They do have parts! I recommend it ... My motorcycle is not Italika and I do find spare parts there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días llame para cotizar un producto y me atendieron muy bien. No tenían el producto en existencia y me dijeron que se podía pedir y que tendría un máximo de 15 a 20 días hábiles dejando el 50% de anticipo.
Fui de manera presencial para hacer el pedido ya que por teléfono solo puedes cotizar y es una buena opción para no ir en vano.
Realmente me agrado la forma en la que me atendieron.
Los recomiendo mucho.
A few days ago I called to quote a product and they treated me very well. They did not have the product in stock and they told me that it could be ordered and that I would have a maximum of 15 to 20 business days leaving a 50% advance.
I went in person to place the order since you can only quote by phone and it is a good option so as not to go in vain.
I really like the way they treated me.
I highly recommend them.

The kids who attend need to know more about the products they sell, as a buyer you wait a long time to be served and then you are waiting in the sun. They still have a lot to improve on customer service.
