Both the Italika brand, the cesit 2584 and the Azteca insurance are a real sham, the motorcycle in less than two months had already been in the workshop 4 times, the insurance could never send me a tow truck when the motorcycle for no apparent reason turned off and This cisit could never raise the quote to the insurer. If you are going to buy a motorcycle of that brand, I recommend you think about it. When I had my Yamaha FZ16 everything was great.

The attention is good and the technicians are very capable, I strongly recommend that they lower the volume of the music because they do not let the employees listen and that they do not condition the delivery of the "gift" to qualify in the store.

I will tell you that everything was fine at first. My bike came out of Elektra sounding horrible from the front headband. The explanation was that "the balata had to settle." Install an alarm in which you only get a one-month warranty. The alarm lasted only 2 months and began to have problems that the motorcycle turned off, stopped turning on with the control and until the day came when it turned on by itself and the alarm did not stop sounding and so I had to take it to CETIS in they stopped me on the way because they thought I was stealing it. His solution was to withdraw it because he did not know how to repair it. When I tried to communicate with the manager (there is a box in CETIS with the name and telephone number of the area manager) he offered to give a solution but it never happened. Enter the official Italika page and there is a complaints section where they gave me a solution only to the issue of the balata since I could not find the ticket for the purchase of the alarm ?. In the other CETIS that they sent me, they put a new balata on it and it stopped sounding totally free. In addition, they left him the wiring of the alarm that they took away and that caused him problems (he stopped turning on the lights while the motorcycle was on, it did not mark the gasoline level and even the horn stopped working).
