★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi moto a otro cecit y me la dejaron peor.
Por tal motivo, decidí llevar la moto a este cecit de calzada Vallejo por recomendación y me la dejaron muy bien, exelente trabajo, entregan a tiempo, muy amable el jefe de mecánicos, buena atención, los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una moto HERO y las dos veces que la he llevado a servicio han sabido solucionar mis necesidades, no como en otros CESIT de la Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo que teniendo la pinta de "más expertos" no dan una, aquí me lleve una grata experiencia hasta ahora, pienso seguir acudiendo, espero no decaiga la calidad.
I have a HERO motorcycle and the two times that I have taken it to service they have been able to solve my needs, not like in other CESITs of the Mayor's Office Miguel Hidalgo who, having the appearance of "more experts" do not give one, here I had a pleasant experience until now, I plan to continue attending, I hope the quality does not decline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto en garantía,entrega de piezas y personal no tienen las piezas que requieres, las garantías no te las hacen válidas y sus "mecánicos" dicen hacen servicio y solo te dejan peor tu moto, nada recomendable.
Terrible service both in warranty, delivery of parts and personnel do not have the parts you require, the guarantees do not make them valid and their "mechanics" say they do service and only make your motorcycle worse, not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca lleven ahí sus motos. En el primer servicio y me la dieron sin aceite! Obviamente no se hacen responsables... Jamás JAMÁS VAYAN AHÍ!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, claro que sí llevas tu moto en una hora pico puede que estén atareados y su servicio decae en cálidad, es lo normal. En cuanto a servicio de mantenimiento son muy claros en lo que le hicieron a tu moto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que le hacemos el servicio, nos la entregan con otra falla.
Cuando te la entregan todo está bien aparentemente pero camino a casa SIEMPRE (LAS TRES VECES) tiene otro fallo y hay que volver a llevarla... (lo peor es que según la arreglan, te vas a tu casa y otra vez sale una cosa nueva)... vueltas y vueltas te avientas en ese lugar.
Every time we do the service, they deliver it to us with another fault.
When they deliver it to you everything is apparently fine but on the way home ALWAYS (ALL THREE TIMES) it has another fault and you have to take it back... (the worst thing is that as they fix it, you go home and something else comes out new)... round and round you throw yourself in that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia en llevar tu moto a servicio quede muy satisfecho hasta me dejaron que yo llevara el aceite por que no me gusta el de agencia. En el caso de garantía te explican y tratan de darte una solución.
El detalle hay que esperar a que acepten la toma de muestras y el repuesto de la misma por que no hay en existencia.
Me dijeron que estan tardondo 20 dias hasta un mes, esperare a que se cumpla el mes.
Si es asi regresare a compartir mi experiencia....
I was very satisfied with the experience in taking your motorcycle to service, they even let me take the oil because I don't like the agency oil. In the case of warranty they explain and try to give you a solution.
The detail must wait for them to accept the sampling and the replacement of the same because there is not in stock.
They told me that they are taking 20 days to a month, I will wait until the month is over.
If so, I will return to share my experience....
