★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención a cliente en #ITALIKA de Calzada Independencia 1131 es pesima, el personal y específicamente el gerente o supuesto supervisor es un irrespetuoso e irresponsable, en la administración de este CESIT.
SUGIERO QUE LE QUITEN TODO TIPO DE CERTIFICACIÓN POR QUE ESTÁ PESIMO SERVICIO.
 Customer service at #ITALIKA de Calzada Independencia 1131 is terrible, the staff and specifically the manager or supposed supervisor is disrespectful and irresponsible, in the administration of this CESIT.
I SUGGEST THAT ALL KINDS OF CERTIFICATION BE REMOVED BECAUSE IT IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Fui a hacer cambio de luces y el faro lo dejaron todo rayado o me lo cambiaron, su respuesta fue: no le hicimos nada, quieres que te lo pulamos y lo dejaron peor!
Y se supone que son de italika, pésimo servicio y atención ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal taller, servicio de lo más pobre, siempre que la llevo a qué revisen algo, sale on algo roto, le hicieron el servicio completo y me dejaron la bobina suelta y me dejó tirado la moto, al llevarla dicen que está dañado mi cable cuando nunca me había dado problemas, me quebraron también una palanca de frenos, me dejaron sin gasolina en un servicio la moto cuando tenía el tanque casi lleno.... Si le sigo no termino, mejor lleven sus motos a otro lado y no batallen. No lo recomiendo para NADA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden muy bien, entregan pronto, solo que cuando limpian las motos no tienen cuidado, con partes de la moto me la entregaron muy limpia pero muy ceniza de otras partes sabe con que cosa las limpiaran, de hay en mas todo bien. Otra cosa se me olvido mi casco hay, y resulta que cuando lo pedi no lo tenian sabra dios que le paso ?
