 The attention from the Azteca bank agents for the quick credit, however I did not see the Italika agent to know the characteristics of the motorcycles as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comparar una moto nos atendio bien el muchacho pero una gorda fea que trabaja ahi en la tienda aparte de que nos quería discriminar con sus preguntas nefastas porque era una tarde lluviosa, ella seguramente pensó que sólo vamos a pasar un rato hasta que pase la lluvia. No me dejó usar el baño, mal servicio vallan pa otro lado.
I went to compare a motorcycle, the boy took good care of us, but an ugly fat woman who works there in the store, apart from the fact that she wanted to discriminate us with her dire questions because it was a rainy afternoon, she surely thought that we will only spend a while until the rain. He did not let me use the bathroom, bad service go to the other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les compre una moto y la lleve a reparaciones después de un percance y tardaron más de dos meses y medio en repararla. cuando me hicieron una cotización de más de $5,000.00 los cuales pague desde el primer día, Me prometieron que me la entregaban en 15 días hábiles. Dos meses y medio después y con la PROFECO presente, me entregaron una moto que no estaba en optimas condiciones. Es la primera y ultima vez que consumo italika. No importa los descuentos o el costo, con problemas mecánicos puedes arriesgar tu vida.
I bought them a motorcycle and took it to repairs after a mishap and it took more than two and a half months to repair it. When they made me a quote of more than $ 5,000.00 which I paid from the first day, they promised me that they would deliver it to me in 15 business days. Two and a half months later and with PROFECO present, they gave me a motorcycle that was not in good condition. It is the first and last time I consume italika. No matter the discounts or the cost, with mechanical problems you can risk your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas atención profesional y de calidad no acudas ahí ya que entras y ni siquiera se acercan a preguntar en qué te pueden ayudar hasta los 5 minutos, de ahí los trabajadores solo se la pasan riendo y jugando entre ellos mientras tú ahí sigues parado así que si buscas buena atención este lugar no es el mejor llegué con la intención de comprarme una moto pero con esa atención decidí irme a honda medio algo más caro pero de entrada la atención es muy buena y eso habla de un negocio
