★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de atención al cliente bien. El mecánico mal. 2 ocasiones llevé mi moto y le pedí lo que necesitaba, pues no revisó nada de lo que le pedí. Luego hacen dar vuelta diciendo que ya está la moto y nada. Y para colmo la entregan re mal, el freno delantero a tope, re zancón (tenía 2 o 3 mm de juego total), super apretada del freno de atrás también, el stop de freno trasero prendido todo el tiempo, el embrague igual, sin nada de juego. Y el acelerador re justo igual y haciendo cosas raras que no hacía. Básicamente la desarreglaron en lugar de arreglarla. Se sabe que la marca busca cantidad y no calidad, pero esto ya es descaro.
Customer service staff good. Bad mechanic. 2 times I took my motorcycle and asked him for what I needed, because he did not check anything I asked for. Then they turn around saying that the motorcycle is already there and nothing. And to top it all off, they delivered it very badly, the front brake was on full throttle, it was long-legged (it had 2 or 3 mm of total play), the rear brake was also super tight, the rear brake stop was on all the time, the clutch was the same, without no game. And the accelerator is just the same and doing weird things that it didn't do. They basically messed it up instead of fixing it. It is known that the brand looks for quantity and not quality, but this is already impudence.
