★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la experiencia con este taller y más desde que cambiaron la administración y los mecánicos, siempre había llevado mi moto ahí para su servicio y todo bien. Hace un año cambiaron a todo su personal o a la mayoría y cuándo he llevado a su servicio tengo que regresar porque sigue teniendo problemas o le salen cosas peores que no tenía. Está última vez llegando a mi casa ya no dió chispa y me dí cuenta que era la bujía, la lleve y ahora me salen que es otra cosa una pieza que sale super cara y hasta la revisón me quieren cobrar. Son un asco.
 Horrible experience with this workshop and more since the administration and mechanics changed, I had always taken my motorcycle there for their service and everything was fine. A year ago they changed their entire staff or most of them and when I have taken their service I have to return because they continue to have problems or worse things come out that they did not have. This last time when I arrived at my house it no longer gave a spark and I realized that it was the spark plug, I took it and now I find that it is something else, a piece that is super expensive and they even want to charge me for the review. They are disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los que te atienden bien, pero la atención y el trabajo de los mecánicos es pésimo.Revisando la moto después del servicio me doy cuenta que no le hacen ni lo básicos( la revisión de los 10 puntos de seguridad).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de profesionalismo y honestidad. Hacen servicios carentes de calidad en todo sentido. Después de cada servicio o le faltaba algún tornillo o de plano le cortaban mangueras tanto de carburador como de filtro de aire. Hubo ocasiones que pareciera sólo limpiaron los plásticos y apretaron los frenos.
Pésimo servicio, mi consejo…
Lean su manual, vean e investiguen en YouTube e Internet. El servicio básico lo pueden hacer ustedes mismos y con mejores consumibles. Y de plano, busquen a algún mecánico de su entera confianza.
Italika tiene una calidad horrible, tanto en sus motos, refacciones y servicios.
Inviertan en motocicletas japonesas, indias o de renombre. Gastarán mucho menos a largo plazo y su experiencia de uso será mucho mejor.
Desgraciadamente todo esto lo piensas después de varias vivencias, experiencias y aprendizajes. Ojalá este comentario le pueda ayudar a alguien inexperto o novato antes de gastar dinero en esta marca y taller.
Habrá quien esté fascinado con su motocicleta y servicio que Italika ofrece, o simplemente quien no esté de acuerdo con este comentario. Hago énfasis en que esto es mi punto de vista, en ningún momento hago agresión o ataque directo a una persona en específico sino al servicio en general fundamentada en experiencias
Total lack of professionalism and honesty. They make services lacking in quality in every way. After each service either it was missing a screw or they cut hoses from both the carburetor and the air filter. There were times when it seemed like they just cleaned the plastics and slammed on the brakes.
Terrible service, my advice...
Read your manual, watch and research on YouTube and the Internet. The basic service can be done by yourselves and with better consumables. And flatly, look for a mechanic you trust.
Italika has horrible quality, both in its motorcycles, spare parts and services.
Invest in Japanese, Indian or big name motorcycles. They will spend much less in the long run and their user experience will be much better.
Unfortunately all this you think after several experiences, experiences and learning. Hopefully this comment can help someone inexperienced or novice before spending money on this brand and workshop.
There will be those who are fascinated with their motorcycle and the service that Italika offers, or who simply do not agree with this comment. I emphasize that this is my point of view, at no time do I make aggression or direct attack on a specific person, but on the service in general based on experiences

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post venta, te entregan la unidad "reparada" y al ratito se descompone de lo mismo mas otra falla.
Pseudotecnicos que no saben nada.
Y solo se excusan sin dar una pronta solución.
La peor marca es y sera Italika, Hero esta igual mientras sus servicios sean con ellos.
Inviertan en otra mejor
Lousy after-sales service, they give you the "repaired" unit and after a while it breaks down with the same thing plus another fault.
Pseudotechnicians who know nothing.
And they only excuse themselves without giving a prompt solution.
The worst brand is and will be Italika, Hero is the same as long as their services are with them.
