Because I spent a month trying to get a replacement and I had to buy it somewhere else. Blame them or not but I did not like it

They only attend you by appointment and this is not new, it is since before the pandemic and they do not attend you if you go for an emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo, lleve mi moto a su primer servicio y me dejaron la moto sucia manchada de aceite y ponen a chavos a hacer el trabajo de los técnicos.
Terrible service I do not recommend, I took my motorcycle to its first service and they left my motorcycle dirty, stained with oil and they put guys to do the work of the technicians.

It is supposed to close at 7:00 pm, I arrived at 6:38 pm and it turns out that it is closed.
