★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que me atendio al parecer no tiene ni idea de lo que venden ya que al preguntarle por una refaccion su respuesta fue que ya no hacen piezas para una motocicleta en especifico... 2016... Pero acaso no saben que muchisimas piezas son 100% compatibles con otros modelos? Incluso con modelos 2020 / 2021.... Deberian capacitar a su personal o contratar personal que conozca a que se dedican, a menos que no tengan interes por mantenerse o crecer como distribuidor / negocio..... Ya minimo que sepan usar su página y verificar antes de dar una respuesta
The girl who attended me apparently has no idea what they sell since when I asked her about a spare part, her answer was that they no longer make parts for a specific motorcycle ... 2016 ... But perhaps they do not know that many parts are 100% compatible with other models? Even with 2020/2021 models .... They should train their staff or hire staff who know what they do, unless they have no interest in staying or growing as a distributor / business ..... At least they know how to use their page and check before giving an answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera ves que fui PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO, la chava que me atendió tenía cara de fastidio, los motociclistas sentados en las sillas que son para cuando lo atienden a uno y bien entretenidos en su celular, riéndose no se si viendo memes o burlándose de algo, HOY FUI y me atendieron distinto aunque no me invitaron a sentar jeje así las cosas, creo que deben decirle a sus trabajadores que la atención al cliente es primordial
The first time I was a terrible SERVICE, the girl who attended me had an annoyed face, the motorcyclists sitting in the chairs that are for when they serve you and well entertained on their cell phone, laughing, I do not know if seeing memes or making fun of something TODAY I WENT and they treated me differently although they did not invite me to sit down lol things like that, I think they should tell their workers that customer service is essential

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en hacerle el servicio, posiblemente tienen trabajo pero no esta demás hacerle saber el cliente que tardarán porque no saben si es la herramienta de trabajo para algunos
They take too long to do the service, possibly they have work but it is not enough to let the client know that it will take time because they do not know if it is the work tool for some

Some who work are sometimes angry and most of the pieces that I went to quote do not have them. They ask for them by request.

Very very slow service. Of 5 people who were there talking to each other. No one bothered to search the store for the part they were looking for. Until a young man took pity on me. Terrible service but at least they had what I needed
