★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención mal servicio, y van aumentando el costo ya que inventan fallas a tu moto, en mi caso lleve mi moto a servicio entro bien y apodaron máximo tres horas y no quería bajar a neutral, cabe resaltar que le checaron el clutch, yo iba para no perder la garantía pero por una y otra cuestión resulta que ya no tiene garantía...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de llevar mi moto a su primer servicio y el aceite estaba limpio pero con la rebaba que suelta por ser nuevo el motor, y me dio curiosidad revisar el aceite después de que le hicieron ese primer servicio y esta muy sucio como si le hubiesen quitado el aceite limpio y le echaron uno ya suciooo, alguna recomendación para que no vuelva pasar eso, o en donde puedo levantar la queja.....
Before taking my motorcycle to its first service and the oil was clean but with the burr that it releases because the engine is new, and I was curious to check the oil after that first service was done and it is very dirty as if it had been removed the clean oil and they put a dirty one on it, any recommendation so that that doesn't happen again, or where I can make the complaint.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal creo que las motos Italika son muy buenas, claro siempre y cuando las cuides y hagas sus mantenimientos en tiempo y forma, el problema es que en esta sucursal no hacen el servicio en buena forma, cuando haces tus servicios te entregan tu bote del aceite que le cambiaron y los filtros sucios, pero yo les he pedido que revisen chicotes y cadena y no lo hacen y hace poquito fue cuando decidí no volver a traer mis motos a este centro porque, se me descompuso el sistema de tracción, la corona, el piñon y la cadena de una moto de reparto, la usamos 3 meses y volvió a fallar, entonces sospechaba algo y la lleve a un taller externo, y el mecánico me dijo que no le habían puesto las piezas completas, el dijo tu otro mecánico no le puso todas las piezas sin saber que la había llevado a un centro Italika para "conservar la garantía" que por cierto siempre buscan un como no aplicarla, así que, mi recomendación, busca otro centro y asegúrate de que si hagan bien las cosas o llévalas a un lugar donde te asegures de que si hacen bien las cosas, en lo personal, no vuelvo a traer una moto a este centro.
Personally, I think that Italika motorcycles are very good, of course as long as you take care of them and do their maintenance in a timely manner, the problem is that in this branch they do not do the service in a good way, when you do your services they give you your boat of the oil that they changed and the dirty filters, but I have asked them to check the hoses and chain and they do not do it and a short time ago it was when I decided not to bring my motorcycles to this center again because the traction system broke down, the crown, pinion and chain of a delivery motorcycle, we used it for 3 months and it failed again, so I suspected something and took it to an external workshop, and the mechanic told me that they had not put the complete parts on it, he said your another mechanic did not put all the parts on it without knowing that he had taken it to an Italika center to "keep the warranty" which, by the way, always looks for a way not to apply it, so, my recommendation, look for another center and make sure that they do it right things or take them to a place where you make sure that if they do things right, personally, I will never bring a motorcycle to this center again.
