★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... No saben lo que venden y a la mujer que atiende se le hace fácil decirte que no hay.
Fui por un caliper para la Rc 150 y forzosamente querían saber el color de mi moto y por no saber cuál era el color original me dicen que debo de saberlo y no me lo vendieron según porque es importante el color.
No vuelvo a ir pero deberían de capacitar para que tengan conocimiento de las piezas y no solo basarse a la computadora.
Terrible service ... They do not know what they sell and the woman who attends it is easy to tell you that there is not.
I went for a caliper for the Rc 150 and they necessarily wanted to know the color of my motorcycle and because they did not know what the original color was, they told me that I should know it and they did not sell it to me according to why the color is important.
I will not go again but they should train so that they have knowledge of the parts and not just rely on the computer.

They provide good service average prices their service in the workshop I'm not sure I took my motorcycle to the service to activate my warranty and they did nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empecé a llevarla ahí a los servicios desde que compre la moto,pero ahora no dan solución, compre el disco de la moto supuestamente "nuevo" por que me lo dieron usado, pésimo servicio, aparte del que disco no era el de la moto. PESIMO SERVICIO Y FALTA DE HONESTIDAD.
I started taking it there to the services since I bought the motorcycle, but now they don't give a solution, I bought the supposedly "new" motorcycle disk because they gave it to me used, terrible service, apart from the disk that was not the one for the motorcycle. AWFUL SERVICE AND LACK OF HONESTY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, lleve mi moto a realizar un servicio completo, cosa que al mes me fallo y al revisarla yo mismo, me di cuenta que mi carburador está sucio, al igual que mi filtro de aire y la bujía quemada, solo cambiaron mi aceite y la lavaron!!!
Very bad service, I took my motorcycle to perform a complete service, which failed me after a month and when I checked it myself, I realized that my carburetor is dirty, as is my air filter and the burned spark plug, they only changed my oil and they washed it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré mi moto y comence a llevarla al servicio en este lugar, al principio todo bien ,pero seguía teniendo un ruido y cuando la llevaba la chica (cabello rojo, dice ser la encargada) que ya veo es muy comentada aquí de malos tratos, solo me daba largas y no explicaba lo que le hacía a mi moto, y tenía que volverla a llevar (3 veces me pasó) hasta que tuvieron que cambiarle la pieza, pero me comentaron sus trabajadores que no quería. Es muy prepotente, grosera, se niega a darle el servicio de la moto adecuado, fui a otro servicio italika y me comentaron que la pieza que tenía no era original y que habían llegado 4 personas más con el mismo problema desde esta sucursal. PÉSIMO servicio, evitenlo por completo!!
I bought my motorcycle and began to take it to the service in this place, at first everything was fine, but it still had a noise and when the girl (red hair, she says she is in charge) took it, which I see, there is much comment here about ill-treatment, only I was long and didn't explain what it was doing to my motorcycle, and I had to take it back (it happened to me 3 times) until they had to change the part, but their workers told me that they didn't want it. She is very arrogant, rude, she refuses to give her the proper motorcycle service, I went to another Italika service and they told me that the part I had was not original and that 4 more people had arrived with the same problem from this branch. AWFUL service, avoid it completely!!
