Creo que ahora que toque servicio buscaré al encargado.... Mi moto es nueva y tiene múltiples fallas...

Les marcas por teléfono para cotizar piezas y servicios tardan muchísimo en contestar y cuando por fin te contestan te dejan horas en espera y cuando vuelven a tomar el teléfono ya no se acuerdan de lo que les pediste. Te tratan mal. No saben tratar al cliente . Tienen personal inexperto. Si no tienen ganas de trabajar para que ofrecen sus servicios. Mejor deberían de quedarse en sus casas. Hay nadie los molesta. No lo recomiendo
Very bad service. You call them by phone to quote parts and services, they take a long time to answer and when they finally answer you they leave you waiting for hours and when they pick up the phone again they no longer remember what you asked them for. They treat you bad. They don't know how to treat the customer. They have inexperienced staff. If they don't feel like working, why don't they offer their services? They should better stay at home. There is no one bothers them. I do not recommend it
