★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia lleve mi moto a servicio y salió muy acelerada sin ningún cambio al contrario con muchos ruidos que no tenía y con mi tacómetro de revoluciones sin funcionar una persona k no sé si sea mecánico o k sea me dijo k ellos no movían nada y k no sé IVA a hacer responsable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy solo acudí a registrar una italika por efectos de la garantía. Y el trato fue bueno claro y eficiente tanto por parte de la señorita que me recibió como el joven mecánico que revisó los puntos principales de mi motocicleta.
Today I only went to register an italika for warranty purposes. And the treatment was good, clear and efficient, both from the lady who received me and the young mechanic who reviewed the main points of my motorcycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no resuelven se tardan mucho para una garantia tengo mas de un mes que compre la moto la garantia de la llanta aun no se las autorizan los frenos aun siguen igual que asta que llege la garantia de la llanta me asen la otra de los frenos no asi no moto nueva y ya esta fallando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un trato muy cordial, la afluencia es poca (por cuestión del corona) los mecánicos son muy atentos, el servicio es muy económico, no he tenido ningún inconveniente, a pesar de que no manejan en la sucursal el sistema de citas (como en la Suzuki) pero es súper rápido el servicio (a diferencia de la Suzuki)
They have a very cordial treatment, the influx is little (by question of the crown) the mechanics are very attentive, the service is very cheap, I have not had any inconvenience, although they do not handle the appointment system in the branch (as in the Suzuki) but the service is super fast (unlike the Suzuki)

500, 3000 y 6000 km, ya que me han comentado que "No les hacen nada", pero hasta la fecha he confiado en ellos, porque no he tenido ningun problema después de vada servicio.
By my own decision, I have taken my motorcycle to service the following occasions:
500, 3,000 and 6,000 km, since they have told me that "they do nothing to them", but to date I have trusted them, because I have not had any problems after every service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El año pasado compre una moto, funcionó excelente hasta la hora de hacer el servicio; después de eso presento fallas mi moto, trataron de arreglarla y tuve que acudir a un taller profesional porque nada más no pudieron arreglarla. Servicio carisimo para 1 Litro de aceite y una bujía (Que a veces dudo que cambien). Ahora van dos veces que habló y me dejan en la línea esperando sin una respuesta... Después de no haber respuesta dejan el teléfono descolgado horas ... Esa Italika alado de AutoZone nada más no acierta una.. pésimo servicio no le doy 0 estrellas porqué Google no lo permite.
Last year I bought a motorcycle, it worked excellent until it was time to do the service; After that my motorcycle presented faults, they tried to fix it and I had to go to a professional workshop because they just couldn't fix it. Expensive service for 1 liter of oil and a spark plug (which sometimes I doubt they change). Now they have spoken twice and they leave me on the line waiting without an answer... After no answer they leave the phone off the hook for hours... That winged Italika from AutoZone just doesn't get one right... lousy service I don't give her 0 stars because Google doesn't allow it.
