★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por segunda ocasión llevé mi moto a servicio y la señora que recibe las motos muy desagradable en su trato lo mismo que la primera vez parece que le está haciendo el favor a uno o de gratis intenté te hablablar con el gerente de servicio al cual tanto el gerente de ventas de nombre Jesús y el subgerente un tal Carlos nunca me pudieron hacer favor de comunicarmecon el disque gerente de servicio que brilló por su ausencia para reportar a esta mujer que por lo que veo ni soy el primero en quejarse de este trato, al día siguiente mejor saque mi moto y la llevé al centro de servicio ubicado en Torres Landa ahí si te reciben más cordialmente y no te tienen a vuelta y vuelta. Además mecánicamente me la dejaron con un ruido en la primera ocasión que no supieron de que era y tuvieron que apretarle todas las tuercas cuando se suponía que eso se lo debieron haber hecho en el servicio por qué según el mecánico que lacio por segunda ocasión toda la tornillería estaba floja a riesgo de darme en la torre quiere decir que no hay un control de procesos y calidad en su servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio decadente, la lleve a hacer el primer servicio de una moto ovbio nueva, y me la dejaron con casi nada de aceite, posteriormente fui a dar mi queja y me dijeron que esta lleno cuando el indicador ( el ojito ) marca otra cosa.... PESIMOS LOS MECANICOS.
NO LLEVEN SUS MOTOS AHÍ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amigos de Italika,yo ya soy Cliente de la marca de motos de buena batalla Italika, porque son de batalla,no caras,es lo que mi dinero puede comprar,y fui a tramitar mi placa de Alta,me trataron dignamente,hoy los felicito, porque los empleados NO andan distraídos como a veces ,( pocas veces ocurre),trato Serio y amable,cada empleado (a),en su papel que le corresponde,en Administrativo,tiene que ser trato personal,es excelente,pero si quieres solucionar cualquier asunto por teléfono NO lo recomiendo,por lo demás, repito,trato excelente.
