★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lleve mi italika a servicio de los 6000 km y no le realizaron el servicio mismo que me ocaciono que a los pocos dias me empezara a regar la gasolina el carburador llame al taller y salen que es obligacion de uno llevarles hasta haya la moto para que realizen el servicio que ya se les habia pagado y generandome un gasto extra por el flete, son gente que no esta capacitada para el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había estado muy escéptico porque leo por todos lados que los CESIT suelen ser muy malos, pero llevé mi moto nueva a este establecimiento y la verdad que me siento muy a gusto. Llevo dos servicios ahí y la seguiré llevando. La persona que recibe lo hace muy amablemente, el taller tiene muchos artículos a la venta, y al entregártela te explican a detalle que le hicieron y te la entregan lavada, cosa que a pesar de estar por escrito dentro de los procedimientos de entrega muchos no lo hacen. ¡Muy buen trabajo!

I have two services there and I will continue to carry it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad mi experiencia fue de lo mejor, me iban a dar la moto ya hasta otro día porque llegué algo pasado de las 4pm pero el gerente o dueño dio la indicación que de una vez la checaran. Estaba acelerada y tiraba un líquido que parecía ser gasolina porque olía mucho. Me la dieron en menos de 30min y la moto anda bien. Ni tiempo de preguntar qué tenía. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
The truth is my experience was the best, they were going to give me the motorcycle until another day because I arrived a little after 4pm but the manager or owner gave the indication that they should check it once. It was accelerated and was spilling a liquid that seemed to be gasoline because it smelled so much. They gave it to me in less than 30min and the bike is fine. No time to ask what he had. I highly recommend them.

Lleve una motocicleta ft250 para que le cambiarán la caja de velocidades des de hace un mes y asta este momento me an echo un trabajo peismo , en una ocasión después de más de ocho días me dijeron que ya la abia. Arreglado Fuy y pague el servicio y al sacarla del tallere.di cuenta que no le habían echo nada , la regrese nuevamente y me dijeron que ahora sí la revisarían después de otros dies días me dijeron que ya estaba y al sacarla se descompuso otra ves y por poco tengo un accidente rbo a la recta a Cholula que un policía amablemente me apoya para cuidar que noe pasará nada. Después fueron dos mecánicos a la casa y no pudieron hacer nada , a el siguiente día fueron por la camioneta para llevarla a el taller nuevamente y asta este momento no me la an entregando, me están diciendo que les marque para desir cuando empezarán a revisar porque no tienen personal que la puedan reparar. Todo este tiempo desde la telefonista asta el encargado del lugar no se quieren hacer responsables y decirme cuando me entregan la motocicleta. Me gustaría saber quién me podría apoyar con este problema. Desde un inicio cuando llamaba para saber si ya estaba arreglada la motocicleta solamente me decian si yo autorizaba la compra de las cosas que la motocicleta esesitaba y siempre les dije que si ,que solamente la arreglarán sin importar el costo. Todas las personas de ese lugar al parecer no están capacitadas por la persona encargada de ese lugar.
The people in this Italic center are not professionals. I took a ft250 motorcycle to have the gearbox changed from a month ago and until now they have done a job for me, on one occasion after more than eight days they told me that I already had it. I would like to know who could support me with this problem. All the people in that place apparently are not trained by the person in charge of that place.
