★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una llanta un lunes y me dijeron que para el jueves ya estaría. Hoy jueves llamé y me contestan que apenas la van a encargar y que llega hasta la siguiente semana, sin ninguna explicación ni disculpa alguna.
Lo que me molesta es que me hayan dicho que sí la iban a tener porque yo pude haberla encargado y ya perdí tres días y ahora me voy a tener que ir caminando al trabajo.
I asked for a tire on a Monday and they told me it would be there by Thursday. Today, Thursday, I called and they answered that they were hardly going to order it and that it would last until the following week, without any explanation or apology whatsoever.
What bothers me is that they told me that they were going to have it because I could have ordered it and I already lost three days and now I'm going to have to walk to work.
