★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y nada organizado, se tardaron dos días en hacer un simple cambio de aceite. Me dijeron que erró mismo dua quedaba listo, hablé en la tarde y me dijeron que hasta el otro día por que ni siquiera la habían empezado. Al otro dia hablé al medio dia y me dijeron que la tenían más tarde, fui a las 5 p.m. y aun mo la tenían, que hasta las 7:30. Tuve que esperar dos horas y media para que al volver a pedir mi moto me dijeran "ya viene" y tardaron 30 minutos más en entregarla, supuestamente por que la estaban lavando y secando, pero solo la mojaron. Pesimo servicio
Terrible service and nothing organized, it took two days to do a simple oil change. They told me that it was wrong even when it was ready, I spoke in the afternoon and they told me that until the other day because they had not even started it. The next day I spoke at noon and they told me they had her later, I went at 5 p.m. and they still had it for me, until 7:30. I had to wait two and a half hours so that when I asked for my motorcycle again they told me "it's coming" and it took another 30 minutes to deliver it, supposedly because they were washing and drying it, but they only got it wet. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantuvieron mi motocicleta 7 meses después de que llegaron las piezas finales de EE. UU. Solo después de que visité repetidamente la tienda, exigiendo mi motocicleta, se la dieron. Después de pagar una tasa de reparación extremadamente alta, descubrí que la reparación era un disaster. Nada fue arreglado en absoluto. La motocicleta se almacenó en la lluvia durante casi un año. Mi nueva cadena está oxidada. Hay daño en el tanque de gasolina. Faltan piezas, que tuve que recuperar por separado, como la placa protectora y el hardware. Los espejos faltan. Reemplazaron mis espejos faltantes con espejos rotos. Se quitaron partes del cubo de la rueda delantera, aunque no repararon la rueda delantera. Ahora mi velocímetro y odómetro no funcionan. El dueño se negó a remediar ninguno de los problemas. Estoy haciendo que otro mecánico rehaga todas las reparaciones ahora. Esta fue la peor experiencia con cualquier mecánico en toda mi vida.
They kept my motorcycle 7 months after the final parts arrived from the US Only after I repeatedly visited the store, demanding my motorcycle, did they give it to them. After paying an extremely high repair fee, I discovered that the repair was a disaster. Nothing was fixed at all. The motorcycle was stored in the rain for almost a year. My new chain is rusty. There is damage to the gas tank. Parts are missing, which I had to retrieve separately, such as the skid plate and hardware. Mirrors are missing. They replaced my missing mirrors with broken mirrors. Parts of the front wheel hub were removed, although the front wheel was not repaired. Now my speedometer and odometer are not working. The owner refused to remedy any of the problems. I'm having another mechanic redo all the repairs now. This was the worst experience with any mechanic in my entire life.
