★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya tuve la mala experiencia en todos los demás centros (Morelos, Álamos e Irrigación) de atención ITALIKA en Celaya y de verdad muy mala experiencia. SÓLO EN ESTE CENTRO ME AN RESUELTO LOS DETALLES DE MI MOTO Y LE AN ECHÓ BIEN SUS SERVICIOS.
I already had the bad experience in all the other centers (Morelos, Álamos and Irrigación) of attention ITALIKA in Celaya and really very bad experience. ONLY IN THIS CENTER I ANSWERED THE DETAILS OF MY MOTORCYCLE AND IT WAS WELL DONE ITS SERVICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Años de conocerles brindando buena atención y servicio, lamentablemente hay que hacer mucho hincapié e insistir en valorar un desperfecto para que concreten la revisión y dejan las motos a muy bajas rpm y eso provoca confusión si no sabes identificarlo para evitar que se te apague la moto a cada rato
Years of knowing them providing good service and attention, unfortunately you have to put a lot of emphasis and insist on assessing a flaw to make the review and leave the bikes at very low rpm and that causes confusion if you do not know how to identify it to turn off the motorcycle every time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que llegar muy temprano (casi a la hora que abren) si no no te atienden además la persona que está de encargada tiene una actitud muy déspota para atender.
You have to get there very early (almost at the time they open) otherwise they don't attend you, and the person in charge has a very despotic attitude when it comes to serving you.
