★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi moto Suzuki a mantenimiento para el cambio de aceite y bujía y al usarla me di cuenta que hacia sonidos que antes no hacia, se lo hice llegar esta queja en cuanto antes a los mecánicos y me daban largas para llevársela (tomando en cuenta que por mi trabajo solo podía llevarla los sábados) cuando al fin la lleve casi casi me dicen "pendejo" cuando lo que tenia era que le faltaba un tornillo de las tapas que quitaron y le perdieron cuando hicieron su servicio. En pocas palabras no se responsabilizan por las consecuencias de sus trabajos.
Bad service, I took my Suzuki motorbike to maintenance for the oil and spark plug change and when I used it I realized that I made sounds that I did not do before, I sent this complaint to the mechanics as soon as possible and they gave me time to take it (taking in account that my work could only take it on Saturdays) when finally take it almost almost tell me "asshole" when what I had was that it was missing a screw of the caps that were removed and lost when they did their service. In a few words, they are not responsible for the consequences of their work.
