★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Si tu material se retrasa (varios meses) no te avisan, incluso cuando saben mucho tiempo antes que va a llegar tarde te dan una fecha distinta de llegada.
Tienes que estarlos persiguiendo, no hay buena comunicación y ni siquiera te notifican una vez que llega tu pedido hasta que les preguntas.
Terrible service and attention. If your material is delayed (several months) they do not notify you, even when they know long beforehand that it will arrive late, they give you a different arrival date.
You have to keep chasing them, there is no good communication and they don't even notify you once your order arrives until you ask them.
