★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a las 6pm pero ya no me pudieron atender porque el tratamiento tardaba 1 hrs y media, entiendo horarios pero entonces cierren a las 6 para que ya no llegue nadie más a esa hora. Y me dieron cita para las 10 am y la Srita llegó tarde. Fueron amables pero si esta terrible que no te atiendan a 1 hra de cerrar porque por más que tarde el tratamiento, la hora de cerrar me imagino está pensada para atender a un último tratamiento.
We arrived at 6pm but they could no longer attend me because the treatment took 1 hrs and a half, I understand schedules but then they close at 6 so that no one else arrives at that time. And they gave me an appointment for 10 am and the lady was late. They were kind but it is terrible that they do not attend you within 1 hour of closing because no matter how late the treatment, the closing time I imagine is designed to attend a last treatment.
