★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca respondieron el telefono, ni preguntas por facebook o algun medio y cuando fui a checar los precios se me hicieron demasiado caro! ademas de que no cuidan la ropa de tintoreria ni los vestidos o edredones ese mismo dia una señora se estaba quejando Puras fallas, ademas tardaron mucho en atenderme.
They never answered the phone, no questions on Facebook or some means and when I went to check the prices they became too expensive! In addition to not taking care of dry cleaning clothes or dresses or quilts that same day a lady was complaining Pure failures, also took a long time to attend me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, me dieron fecha de entrega en 5 días y la entrega fue en 10 dias, porque no tenían el liquido para limpiar las prendas y pedí un servicio de costura y no lo hicieron y tuve que pedir devolución de dinero y me dañaron una de las prendas.
Bad experience, they gave me a delivery date in 5 days and delivery was in 10 days, because they did not have the liquid to clean the garments and I asked for a sewing service and they did not do it and I had to request a refund and they damaged one of the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me han arruinado varias prendas caras, por no leer instrucciones... Dos pantalones que lleve a servicio de tintorería decían plancha sin vapor y me los plancharon con vapor y se encogieron aparte de quedar brillosos. Reclame y ni siquiera reconocieron su error ni una disculpa... Recientemente quise darles el beneficio de la duda y llevé un edredón casi nuevo y o sorpresa me lo arruinaron por completo quedo deshecho, boludo y con unas manchas como de brillantina. Pésimo servicio... Ya me deberían como $5000... CUIDADO!!!
Lousy service I have ruined several expensive clothes, for not reading instructions ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carisimo pague casi $1200 por 3 chamarras y 1 saco, la verdad me urgía y no tenía otra opción, pero no vuelvo por el precio excesivo y todavía que pagué eso no me dieron en alguna bolsa que protegiera mi ropa, mínimo por el precio debería costear la bolsa.
