 They increase the price of the service and the service is getting worse and worse! I'm too lazy to change but when I do they will have lost a customer forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can take a long time to respond and sometimes don’t have a reasonable answer why a product they installed does not work. I’ve found options quickly in Playa that are much more responsive and with better quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad wifi and bad service, Hardly ever is the wifi working for 1 full week. If you try to contact them they not respond or we have to wait for a technician for 3 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired them to provide me internet one year ago, they used to be VERY GOOD! They had technicians that would solve our issues. 4 months ago our internet nave e really bad, I noticed it’s because they don’t have enough MB for what the sell. So everyone is always short on MB. I tried telling them many times and nothing happens. The part that gets me frustrated is that they offer a very poor service and still disconnect your service for being late 1, 2 days in payments. I hope they regroup and start offering us better service. As of now, HORRIBLE!
