The attention is terrible, I booked through Booking and at the time of entry they told me that the reception person was not there, and that they did not know what time he would arrive, terrible service.

La recepción se hace en una tienda y pasan de ti hasta que les conviene. La red wifi no tiene internet, la habitación no tiene ventana, las almohadas son malísimas, el baño no tiene agua caliente y las toallas son robadas de NH hoteles y están rotas, vamos un placer haber dormido ahí, nótese la ironía Is a gotcha. The Wi-Fi network does not have internet, the room does not have a window, the pillows are terrible, the bathroom does not have hot water and the towels are stolen from NH hotels and are broken, it was a pleasure to have slept there, notice the irony
L	Laura Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo!! La recepción es la tienda de al lado., habiamos reservado por booking 4 habitaciones dobles y nos querian dar solo dos y que nos metieramos todos. Al final tras mucho debatir nos las dieron. La limpieza de la habitación escasea. NO HAY wifi en las habitaciones. Y por la noche se escucha un ruido que no te deja dormir. El personal malismo todo el rato con malas caras. No ir!! Appalling!! The reception is the shop next door. We had reserved 4 double rooms through booking and they wanted to give us only two and that we all get in. In the end, after much discussion, they gave them to us. Room cleaning is lacking. There is no wifi in the rooms. And at night you hear a noise that does not let you sleep. The staff malismo all the time with bad faces. Not to go!!

Aunque el hotel no esté en zona céntrica, agradecimos la ubicación, ya que para llegar recorrimos una calles muy ambientadas. La ubicación nos gustó mucho por la calle donde está, llena de restaurantes variados y transitada por la noche. Debajo del hotel hay una tienda de alimentos. Calidad precio nos pareció bien Large, comfortable and clean room. Spacious private bathroom. It has air conditioning, it works. Although the hotel is not in a central area, we appreciated the location, since to get there we walked through very crowded streets. We liked the location a lot because of the street where it is, full of varied restaurants and busy at night. There is a food store below the hotel. Quality price seemed good to us

The double bedroom doesn’t have any windows, there’s a mouldy smell all the time and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. Don’t expect anyone to help you, there’s no reception. Avoid unless you are looking for a last minute accommodation.
J	Johanna Ehrhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was okay and appropriate for the price. There was no hot water and the internet wasn't working. Unfortunately the service was really bad. The landlord was not there at check-in time and we tried to call somebody several times, but no one answered the phone. When the landlord came, she was really unfriendly and we didn't receive any information for check-in and check-out. The housekeeping lady was really nice and helped us getting into the room. Without her help, we would have waited more than an hour. I can not recommend to stay there, even if the price is cheap, it's not worth it.
