R	Rafał Petryński on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wzięli depozyt i po wyjechaniu nie oddali go, brak z nimi kontakt jedynie co odpisują ze wyjaśniają cały czas sytuacje a minęły już 3 miesiące. Omijajcie wielkim łukiem ta wypożyczalnie. Niestety MEX nie miał aut a oni stali w nocy i mieli auta i mimo ze byli dużo drożsi wziąłem auto od nich. A jak dołącze ze jeszcze depozytu nie oddali to lepiej skorzystać z innych ubezpieczalni nawet tych największych jak Avis itp They took the deposit and after leaving, they did not return it, there is no contact with them, only what they write back and explain the situation all the time and it's been 3 months. Avoid these rentals. Unfortunately, MEX did not have cars and they stood at night and they had cars, and although they were much more expensive, I took the car from them. And when I join with the deposit, it is better to use other insurance companies, even the largest ones such as Avis, etc.

I have had a lot of negative experiences with companies trying to upsell me on services for coverages I did not need but Pablo did not do any of that. I would highly recommend if you are going to rent a car in this area that you call Pablo right away.

They picked my family and me up from the airport for no extra large, and dropped me off at the airport as well. Pablo is the man to talk to, he'll work around your schedule no matter what. We waited over an hour for them to cancel a reservation we had because there were no cars available and with two kids exhausted from a long day of flying we were ready to throw in the towel and just get a taxi to the hotel. As we were leaving Ace exhausted and frustrated we were approached and rescued by Pablo. Although we were initially apprehensive- Pablo exceeded every expectation we had and completely saved our vacation! He was quick, easy, and so incredibly friendly we could not have asked for a better experience at Itzae Rent a Car. We want to thank Pablo so much for his efforts and attentiveness- we can’t tell you how much we appreciate you! We will absolutely be back in the future!
