★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay agua caliente ni Wifi ni nadie que te sepa orientar sobre como solucionar estos problemas o al menos cambiarte de habitación a una mejor. Algunas habitaciones tienen un pequeño jacuzzi que tarda muchas horas en llenarse y en las noches no hay nadie a quien consultar para cualquier aclaración o problema mas que un velador que ya no puede hablar ni oir bien.
 There is no hot water or Wi-Fi or anyone who can guide you on how to solve these problems or at least change your room to a better one. Some rooms have a small Jacuzzi that takes many hours to fill and at night there is no one to consult for any clarification or problem other than a night watchman who can no longer speak or hear well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacífico, está genial para una escapada de fin de semana o para llevar a toda una tribu, tiene piscina y muchas áreas verdes, salón de fiestas... En fin... Es mas grande y amplio de lo que parece desde el exterior y en a unas calles del centro. El trato del personal es muy amable y se adaptan a tus necesidades, si reservas con tiempo lo preparan todo para ti.
Pacific, it is great for a weekend getaway or to take a whole tribe, it has a swimming pool and many green areas, a party room ... Anyway ... It is bigger and more spacious than it seems from the outside and in a few streets from the center. The treatment of the staff is very friendly and they adapt to your needs, if you book in advance they prepare everything for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor hotel de Izamal, las personas que atiendes son sencillas y amables. El vigilante es increíble y bondadoso. Calidad humana, hermosas instalaciones y cuidado. El único detalle pero que es parte de la experiencia y la calidez de la gente es qué hay que pedir cuando quieres que se limpie tu habitación. Las plantas hermosas y los gatos que cuidan y que andan pos ahí preciosos, al igual que los pavoreales. Gracias!
The best hotel in Izamal, the people you serve are simple and friendly. The watchman is amazing and kind. Human quality, beautiful facilities and care. The only detail but that is part of the experience and the warmth of the people is what to ask for when you want your room to be cleaned. The beautiful plants and the cats that take care of them and that walk around beautifully, just like the peacocks. Thanks!

The rooms are all reasonably priced, air conditioned and well appointed; the courtyard area inside is a tropical plant paradise; the swimming pool and meeting area are great, and management (which speaks English!) are very helpful and genuinely intent on making your stay pleasant and truly memorable.
