★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho si quieren una habitación como en casa, con cocina, comedor, tele, etc.. todo con amabilidad y cortesía, en buena ubicación con calles seguras, mucha vigilancia de policías y restaurantes, muy familiar.

Beautiful place to stay. They treated us very well and they have everything very clean and well organized. It is close to everything in Polanco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi estadía fue de 3 días le doy 5 estrellas a la sra Enriqueta quien me hizo sentir en casa, estremadamente Limpio. En una de las mejores áreas. Restaurante gastronómico y culturales.la sra Enriqueta tiene una variedad de frutas y panes que podrás degustar jugos y refrescos. El desayuno muy bueno hecho con mucho amor por ella. Gracias sra Enriqueta por si amabilidad y atención volveré y deseo este Todabia hay!! Gracias Cristina!!
My stay was 3 days. I give 5 stars to Mrs. Enriqueta who made me feel at home, extremely clean. In one of the best areas. Gastronomic and cultural restaurant. Mrs. Enriqueta has a variety of fruits and breads that you can taste juices and soft drinks. Very good breakfast made with a lot of love for her. Thank you Mrs. Enriqueta for your kindness and attention I will return and I wish this Still there!! Thank you Christina!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know where to start. It's been catastrophic. Not even worth one star. Our room was very loud because of air systems on the back of the house. The door to the private room was see trough. The bathrooms are tiny. The flooring is so loud you can hear every step. The place is very well advertised but leaves out important Info. The owner lives there too, with a lot of dogs that bark a lot. We checked out because my husband got bitten by one of them. The people that work there wear safety boots because they get attacked as well. The manager even tried to tell me what's good for my kid or not totally crossing the line calling me crazy. I have never met a Guesthouse Manager that loud and intrusive. She still owes us money for one night but is just not professional enough to deal with IT. Usually I don't write bad reviews but she really asked for it not giving us the money back acting unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE!
