Desde el primer momento la atención y sugerencias para planificar mi viaje fue clave para decidirme a viajar con Iumira Travel y finalmente compré no sólo los vuelos internacionales, sino también hoteles y excursiones. En mi caso particular uno de los vuelos fue reprogramado por la aerolínea, y me contacté directamente por WhatsApp con Iumira y me solucionaron también la reprogramación de hoteles y excursiones. Muy recomendable !

Hemos realizado dos circuitos con ellos de más de 10 días y en ambos, el servicio, puntualidad, atención, seguimiento fue excelente, siempre están atentos y disponibles 24x7 para cuándo así lo requieres. Iumira Travel y su directora Blanca, han sido muy atentos conmigo y me han auxiliado y apoyado en el proceso contra esta señora. Así que deslindo a Iumira de las malas acciones de la señora Rosa. Estoy profundamente agradecida con Iumira Travel por la excelente atención y calidez humana
