★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por parte del personal deja mucho que desear, te recomiendo que si asistes a las intalaciones, te acerques con Edagar (es el único que se llama así del personal así que no hay pierde) te brinda una muy buena atención y resuelve todas y cada una de tus dudas.

He tenido problemas de cobertura y el día de hoy acudí nuevamente y Catalina me atendió ayudándome con mi problema, lo mejor de todo es que me dio la opción (de continuar la falla) de enviarle un mensaje telefónico, para no acudir de nuevo al local y levantar un reporte directamente. Pero la cobertura es malísima, me tuve que cambiar de compañía y les regalé casi 3 mil pesos del saldo que me faltaba consumir.
