★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí algo muy sencillo, sabiendo que mi cabello era virgen me aplicaron el decolorante y se fueron, cuando pedí de favor revisaran porque estaba demasiado amarillo Ivan respondió: no se ha pasado pero si quieres tú dime cómo hacerlo y pues como te quede ni modo. Y cuando veo el resultado mi cabello naranja claro, me insistía que estaba igual a la foto que yo les pedí y que estaba hermoso, después de llorar y mostrarle la comparativa de la foto me aplicó un tono café, al final mi cuero cabelludo quedó dañado, son 3 am y me duele mucho, no puedo dormir de la ansiedad y picor que esto me ha provocado, le pagué completo y le agradecí haber “arreglado” el desastre, pero tengo un tono que yo no pedí con el cabello extremadamente procesado y a 5 días de mi boda. Muy triste

And when I see the result, my light orange hair insisted that it was the same as the photo I asked for and that it was beautiful, after crying and showing him the comparison of the photo, he applied a brown tone, in the end my scalp was damaged It's 3 am and it hurts a lot, I can't sleep from the anxiety and itchiness that this has caused me, I paid him in full and thanked him for having “fixed” the mess, but I have a tone that I didn't ask for with my extremely processed hair. 5 days of my wedding. Very sad
