Desde el primer día, presente problemas por parte del personal. Las clases son buenas y tienen gran cobertura de horarios, pero no compensan lo demás. El problema es que cuando me inscribí les dije que tendría que faltar un fin de semana en noviembre y por esa razón quería empezar hasta enero cuando pasarán esos compromisos. Me dijeron que no había problema y que podía reponer la clase. Al iniciar mi curso en noviembre el profesor me comentó que no podía faltar cuando en administración me dijeron que si. Aún así tuve que faltar ese día. El personal de recepción no está bien calificado para la atención que dan a los alumnos, su actitud no es la adecuada y te tratan como quieren. Deberían poner más atención en ese aspecto para que los alumnos nos logremos sentir cómodos.. ya que no soy la única que opina eso. The programs they teach are good.
