★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha variedad de pisos y azulejos pero una gran desorganización por parte de su personal, les hace falta un buen gerente o jefe de piso; en mi caso mi pedido no se realizó debido a que la vendedora renunció (y al parecer dejó todo tirado) y aun cuando dejé mi pedido pagado (y al consultarlo les aparece en el sistema) éste nunca se realizó, se llegó el plazo para la entrega (2 semanas) y nunca se pusieron en contacto conmigo, llamé para averiguar qué había pasado y fue cuando me dieron la noticia de que mi pedido no se había solicitado y que tenía que esperar otros 15 días más para que llegara, ahora no queda de otra más que esperar y rezar para que mi pedido llegue en buen estado.
A lot of variety of floors and tiles but a great disorganization by its staff, they need a good manager or head of floor; In my case, my order was not placed because the seller resigned (and apparently left everything thrown away) and even when I left my paid order (and when it appears in the system) it was never made, the deadline for delivery (2 weeks) and they never contacted me, I called to find out what had happened and it was when they gave me the news that my order had not been requested and that I had to wait another 15 days to arrive, now there is no Another one to wait and pray for my order to arrive in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de parte del personal y de la encargada d la tienda, compré el total del piso que utilizaría en una sola compra y al entregarlo venían 6 metros quebrados y lo querían dejar para que los usáramos de soclo pero les dije que no y se regreso el piso y a la semana que enviaron las 4 cajas (6 metros) venían diferentes fui y les dije lo q paso , primero me confundieron con un cliente que se le había dicho q había dos tonos d ese piso, que comprara lo q me faltaba si queria el mismo tono, y que no habia del otro, que lo acomodar a manera que no se notara etc etc me quedo un cuarto sin piso por q o compro 14 metros del piso diferente para acompletar los 20 mts, perdiendo los 14 que tengo del todo del resto d la casa o los pongo asi de diferente tono aunq se vea feo :( jamas me dio una solucion, yo perdi. Revisen bien sus piso y q la entrega sea completa.
Terrible service from the staff and the manager of the store, I bought the total of the floor that I would use in a single purchase and when I delivered it, 6 broken meters came and they wanted to leave it for us to use them as soclo but I told them no and returned the floor and the week they sent the 4 boxes (6 meters) came different I went and told them what happened, first they confused me with a client who had been told that there were two tones of that floor, to buy what I was missing if I wanted the same tone, and there was no other, to accommodate it so that it would not be noticed etc etc I was left with a room without a floor because I bought 14 meters of the different floor to complete the 20 meters, losing the 14 that I have at all The rest of the house or I put them in a different tone even if it looks ugly :( He never gave me a solution, I lost. Check your apartment well and the delivery is complete.

All very well except 2 saleswomen from the morning shift, 0 kind I said good morning to them and they did not respond, until I approached one that they recommended to me directly and everything was very good.
