★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención no contraten con Qualitas porque remiten a este horrible hospital, está peor que Imss o ISSSTE, horas para atender aún y con cita, según ellos siempre hay pacientes graves, covid, etc y por eso su retraso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te meten miedo diciendo que es posible caso de covid cuando es otro el diagnóstico, y de ahí te van enredando para sacarte dinero y cobrarte 100 pesos al día, yo comprendo que es particular y la atención debe ser de primera, pero aquí se van por otro lado y meten presión para que te saquen el dinero. Pésimo servicio y atención de la administración

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda la atención excelente hasta que llegue a la farmacia y la persona que estába ahí me hizo firmar primero luego me entrego un medicamento que no era el que me pidieron ya que me dio simple y era compuesto, automáticamente cerró la ventanilla, le vuelvo a tocar, le digo que me pidieron el medicamento compuesto, y me dice que es lo mismo ??, por su puesto le dije que no es lo mismo, acto seguido dijo, dígale al médico que se lo cambie, y cerró la ventana, en la recepción no pudieron resolver nada solo dijeron si quiere venga mañana, de verdad que pena, fui porque mi seguro me mandó ahí pero de verdad que mal servicio en la farmacia y la recepción que ya no quizo hacer nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor hospital que puede haber, pésima atención, llegue aquí por parte de mi aseguradora banorte ya que tuve un accidente automovilístico, me hicieron esperar como una hora para atenderme, luego la doctora que me atendió ni siquiera presta atención a lo que uno le dice, yo ya necesitaba terapia física y solo me mando unos ejercicios que saco de internet y me dijo que eso era la terapia física, la ultima vez me fui me hicieron esperar más de una hora, no regreso jamás aquí, en recepción también el servicio es nefasto!
