★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las empleadas no saben ni lo que venden, compré una paleta para maquillaje de halloween y me dijeron que era tipo acuarela y resultó ser en crema; y encima tenía un precio escrito por detrás (otras paletas así lo tenían escrito, era el mismo tipo de letra) y me la cobraron $60 pesos más caras "porque se confundieron". Solo porque no me gusta ser problemática, si no habría exigido me respetaran el precio escrito.
Terrible service, the employees do not even know what they sell, I bought a palette for halloween makeup and they told me it was a watercolor type and it turned out to be cream; And on top of that it had a price written on the back (other palettes had it written, it was the same type of letter) and they charged me $ 60 more expensive pesos "because they got confused." Just because I don't like being problematic, if I hadn't demanded the written price be respected.
