★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De que sirve que abran 8:30 si todos los días nos dicen que no hay sistema, que como a las 9 o 9:30 se normaliza, trabajo a un lado y de verdad es todos los días!
What use is that they open 8:30 if every day they tell us that there is no system, that as at 9 or 9:30 it is normalized, I work aside and it really is every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No creo que mi comentario vaya a ser tomado en consideración; sin embargo, quiero expresar que he tenido la mala suerte de no ser atendido adecuada ni oportunamente por los ejecutivos de las sucursales Plaza "Las Américas" y la de "Félix Cuevas" y hasta el momento, a pesar de haber puesto mis quejas ante las áreas correspondientes de esa Institución, nada he ganado;tal parece que los usuarios hablamos con robots que están programados para dar el mismo maltrato en todas las sucursales, lo cierto es, que no he podido resolver mi problema que consiste sustancialmente en obtener de Banorte mi carta de cancelación de hipoteca, a pesar de haber cubierto el importe de esta desde el 2014.
I do not believe that my comment will be taken into consideration; However, I want to express that I have had the bad luck of not being adequately or opportunely attended by executives of the Plaza "Las Américas" and "Félix Cuevas" branches and so far, despite having put my complaints before the corresponding areas of that Institution, I have won nothing; it seems that users talk to robots that are programmed to give the same abuse in all branches, the truth is, I have not been able to solve my problem that consists substantially in obtaining Banorte my Mortgage cancellation letter, despite having covered the amount of this since 2014.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a la sucursal de Ixe preferente, y es una tristeza. Ya no es aquella experiencia súper bien pensada como era años atras.
De hecho fui personalmente, porque no pude entrar en contacto vía telefónica. Ya estando allá, el lugar estaba muy mal distribuido, hacía un calor terrible. Lo peor fue que habia dos atendents en recepción que creo que estaban trabajando algo interno del banco que ni los buenos días dijeron, no me atendieron. Al final fue tiempo perdido. La señorita me dijo que no podían resolver mi problema, que tenía que ir a mi sucursal en Aeropuerto... cuando era Ixe sin Banorte, nunca tuve que ir a dicha sucursal.
En fin, cancelaré mis cuentas allí lo antes posible, no sin antes hacer esos pasos tediosos por lo que alguna vez fueron sucursales modelo de banca en México.
Today I went to the preferred Ixe branch, and it is sad. It is no longer that super well thought-out experience as it was years ago.
In fact I went personally, because I couldn't get in touch by phone. Being there, the place was very poorly distributed, it was terribly hot. The worst thing was that there were two assistants at the reception who I think were working on something internal to the bank that, even if they didn't say good morning, they didn't answer me. In the end it was wasted time. The lady told me that they could not solve my problem, that I had to go to my branch in the Airport ... when I was Ixe without Banorte, I never had to go to that branch.
In short, I will cancel my accounts there as soon as possible, but not before doing those tedious steps for what were once model banking branches in Mexico.

Terrible service, very very slow. It is no longer the same bank as it was a few years ago. I don't recommend them at all.
