★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our two orders. The Burger was delicious, but the burger squished about and out of the bun. All they would have to do to make it perfect is to improve the burger. The "omelet" was the best. Tasted great and the wrap added a hash brown flavor. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent vegan food with gluten free options. I have severe food allergies and eat a gluten free vegan diet. This is one of only a few places that accommodates my needs. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere as well. I highly recommend giving them a try whether you are or aren't a vegan.

Food takes a while, but I assume it's because everything is made to order.
Good smoothies, coffee wasn't too good but the food is nice. And healthy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying at VDP Flamingos and decided to take a walk (30 min) and give Ixi’im a try. I hate to say it, but it was the best meal we had all week! We had the verde juice, Kombucha, enchiladas and the mex bowl. Food was very flavorful, healthy and generous portions. Don’t miss out on this little gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute place. Sat outside with my dog. Girls were nice. One other person arrived a few minutes after I sat down. I give it a 4 star because of how long it took to just get my coffee. The lady who arrived after me got her juice and meal before I got a coffee. After 10-15 minutes I went in to ask and she came right out. Waffles were great coffee nice and strong.
